Divas Who Win Battle of the Brands

As the creative coordinator for the Divas Who Win team at the Talking Dog Agency (Paw Print Non-Profit Center of Excellence), I was in charge of creating the visuals and also worked with my team to ideate a marketing plan. This slide deck was created for our final presentation to summarize what we worked on during the school year with our client. I designed the deck from scratch and also collaborated on its contents with my team.

Song Poster

For my final project for a typography class, I chose a song that I liked and created a corresponding graphic poster. I chose Fireflies by Owl City because it always reminds me of my childhood. Based on the lyrics, I used Procreate to draw out a scene based off the lyrics from the song. I played around with different fonts, but decided that handwriting best fit the overall tone of the poster.

Pink Still Life Series

I ideated, photographed, and edited a series of 10 final images for an assignment exploring still life/constructed imagery. Using materials and props that were easily accessible, I visualized a series of photos inspired by the color pink with photos that were almost monochromatic. Inspired by the color and props, I edited the photos in a dreamy and soft tone. I shot the photos manually using the camera built into Adobe Lightroom and edited them on Lightroom Classic.

Typographer Biography Poster

I created a biographical poster in Adobe InDesign about my chosen typographer Alexey Brodovitch. Based on his life and work, I decided to create the poster in the style of a magazine since he was known for changing the modern magazine layout. I placed picture of his work for the reader to get a sense of his artistic style and also included the font type that he created. The text, which features a short description of his life, influences, and biography, are spaced cohesively around photos of Brodovitch as a nod to his dynamic composition.
